Allyson Felix, born November 18, 1985, was an American track and field athlete competing for the U.S. in dozens of sporting events like the Olympics, World Championships, World Indoor Championships, and the Diamond League. She holds 21 gold medals, six silver medals, and three bronze medals throughout her career in athletics. Felix is a specialist in sprints who began her career she was in the ninth grade. Sprinter Allyson Michelle Felix is one of track and field's top athletes. Allyson Nicole Felix was born on November 18, 1985, in Los Angeles. She was the daughter of Paul Felix, was ordained as a minister at the Master's Seminary in Sun Valley while the mother of her child, Marlean Felix, was a school teacher in Balboa Magnet Elementary School. Felix had a talent for sports early, and discovered her ability to sprint when she was at Los Angeles Baptist High School.
