Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born August 15th the 15th of August, 1970) is an American actor. Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actress. Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art. Sheedy and David Lansbury married on April 12 in 1992. David Lansbury was the son Edgar Lansbury's original producer of Godspell and also the nephew of actress Angela Lansbury. Beckett was born to them in 1994. Sheedy says she has learned much from Beckett's transition. Alexandra Elizabeth Ally Sheedy (born June 13 1962) was an American stage and stage actor and the writer of two works. She's best known for playing in Bratpack films The Breakfast Club and St. Elmo's Fire. The Breakfast Club is the name given to the John Hughes film. The reason behind the film's title "The Breakfast Club" stems from a nickname certain schools use for detention. Most likely, the students are arriving early, at the time of breakfast.
